Flex Zone by FUERST WIACEK from Berlin is a Double Dry Hopped New England / Hazy IPA at 6.8% ABV, built around one of the most exciting hop trios in the modern craft beer world: Citra, Nelson Sauvin, and Galaxy. Three varieties that individually rank among the world's most expressive aroma hops — and in combination produce an aromatic structure that is simultaneously radiant, layered, and irresistibly juicy. Citra brings its characteristic grapefruit and passion fruit foundation; Nelson Sauvin sets its unmistakable wine-like, floral accent of white grape and gooseberry; and Galaxy delivers tropical depth through pineapple, mango, and a delicate hint of peach. The DDH process maximises the aromatic potential of all three, producing a beer that is creamy, expressive, and with a long, softly bitter finish that keeps you coming back.
