Fruits With Benefits – FUERST WIACEK's Smoothie Sour from Berlin with Mandarin, Guava & Banana
Fruits With Benefits by FUERST WIACEK from Berlin is a Smoothie Sour built entirely around a tropical-fruity trio: mandarin, guava, and banana. The beer was created in collaboration with Ophiussa from Portugal. The mandarin brings a bright, lively citrus freshness, the guava an aromatic, slightly floral tropical note, and the banana adds roundness and a soft, creamy fullness that makes this beer a true smoothie in the glass.
What makes Fruits With Benefits so special is its fruitiness: pulpy, chunky, and with a strong head, yet lively and balanced rather than cloyingly sweet. It is exactly this balance of fruit mass and bright acidity that sets it apart from many heavier pastry sours. A sour for everyone who likes their fruit liquid and wants more with every sip.
