This beer is the world's first and only Wit from a Trappist monastery. With the citrus notes of the Saphir hops, Witte Trappist is the perfect thirst quencher on a hot summer day, but it is also a true delight at any other time of the year. The high wheat content in the malt bill gives Witte Trappist a smooth texture and a soft mouthfeel. And the traditional bottle fermentation provides a slightly sparkling carbonation.

Overall, Witte Trappist is very balanced and wonderfully accessible. It pairs excellently with light dishes such as salads, seafood dishes, or white meat.
