(Florida) and Bottle Logic Brewing (California).

This beer is the culmination of nearly two years of work. It is thick, almost oily, and saturated to the limit with toasted coconut. It owes its profound depth and complexity to months of aging in wet Buffalo Trace Experimental Rye/Wheat Whiskey barrels. In the glass, it pours pitch black with a dense, dark head that quickly releases intense aromas of spirits, dark fudge, and heavy coconut. On the palate, it resembles a liquid praline: extremely full-bodied, sweet, warming, and incredibly dense. A true collector’s item and a definitive must for lovers of massive barrel-aged stouts.
