The Omnipollo DDH Maz is the intensified version of the legendary Pale Ale from Stockholm and impressively demonstrates why the Swedes belong to the absolute world elite. Brewed as a DDH Pale Ale in the New England / Hazy style, this beer stands out with a double dry-hopping process that extracts the maximum aroma from the Simcoe hops. Expect a true flavor explosion of ripe mango, juicy passion fruit, and a hint of resinous pine, dancing perfectly on the silky-smooth malt body. Thanks to the use of oats, Maz glides creamishly over the tongue and offers a volume at 5,6% ABV that puts many IPAs to shame. Visually, it presents itself in an opaque, vibrant yellow, topped with a fine-pored head – a real eye-catcher in the glass.
