With Blåbärssoppa, Sudden Death Brewing Co. presents a liquid tribute to the traditional Swedish blueberry soup. This Fruited Sour, boasting 5.0% ABV (14° Plato), was created in honor of International Women's Day and the International Women’s Collaborative Brew Day (ICWBD). What makes it special: the recipe was dreamed up by the women and non-binary team members at the brewery.

The beer is a true fruit spectacle. The combination of intense blueberry puree, sweet cherry juice concentrate, and a touch of banana puree results in a deep red, almost violet appearance in the glass. On the palate, expect a perfect balance between the zesty acidity of a sour and the natural sweetness of the fruits. Thanks to the addition of oats and wheat, the texture is pleasantly soft and full-bodied.
