Vault City - Year 3 - Tropical Sour

A Tropical Firework for the Anniversary!

Happy Birthday, Vault City! For their third anniversary, the Scottish sour specialists created a liquid monument with the Year 3 - Tropical Sour. Anyone who knows this brewery knows they don't hold back on the fruit, and this Fruited Sour is a pure escalation of exotic flavors.

Imagine biting into a ripe, juicy fruit while a refreshing acidity tickles your taste buds awake. This beer is a massive mix of tropical aromas that transports you straight to a white sandy beach without you even having to step outside. The balance between intense fruit sweetness and the characteristic Vault City tartness is absolutely spot on.

With a solid 7.0% ABV, this sour beer packs a punch but remains dangerously drinkable. It’s thick, colorful, and so packed with flavor that you might almost forget you're drinking a beer. A modern classic for everyone looking for the extreme and tired of boring, standard brews.

This Tropical Sour pairs excellently with spicy Thai curry or as a bold companion to a creamy cheesecake with passion fruit topping. Grab a glass, lean back, and celebrate three years of brewing artistry that constantly redefines the term "beer." Cheers to the years to come!
