With Soft Focus, Omnipollo presents a spectacular triple collaboration featuring three heavyweights of the US stout scene: Moksa, CLAG, and GOAL. Brewing. This 12.5% ABV Barrel Aged Imperial Stout is the culmination of artisanal precision and an uncompromising selection of ingredients.

The foundation is a complex stout with prominent caramel notes, achieving immense density through a signature long boil. Following maturation in wet Sazerac Rye whiskey barrels, the beer was finished with a luxurious blend: hand-toasted Australian caramel almonds, hand-toasted Filipino coconut, and rare Vanuatu volcanic vanilla. This combination creates a flavor profile reminiscent of a high-end, nutty candy bar. In the glass, it pours pitch black and oily. On the palate, it unfolds a symphony of marzipan, dark cocoa, creamy vanilla, and subtle spicy accents from the rye barrel. A massive, technically flawless stout for lovers of extremely full-bodied pastry creations.
