Elmeleven – Southern Sweden’s playground for bold sours and creative flavor experiments
Elmeleven is an independent brewery based in Arlöv, just outside Malmö. Founded in 2019 by the team behind Molecule Brewing, Elmeleven originally launched as a brand focused heavily on experimental sour beers.
Over time, the brewery has expanded its range while staying true to its roots in bold, fruit-forward sour styles. Known for playful recipes and intense flavor combinations, Elmeleven frequently works with fruits, spices, and unconventional ingredients to create beers that push beyond traditional boundaries.
While sours remain the heart of the project, Elmeleven now also explores other modern craft styles, reflecting the same experimental spirit that defined its beginnings. The result is a brewery that balances creativity, precision, and a distinctly modern Scandinavian craft beer identity.
