Oso - Craft Beer out of passion

Oso Brew was founded in 2018 in the Spanish capital of Madrid. The two founders of the brewery met a decade earlier while studying in Madrid and have remained friends over the years. The two then fulfilled a special dream with Oso: returning to Madrid and founding a brewery.

David Ross and Patrick Tuck were also enthusiastic homebrewers. So the step into professionalism was actually obvious. The first commercial Oso beer was launched in July 2018. In 2020, Joe Gallimore, the former head brewer of Garage from Barcelona, joined the Oso team as a true expert in his field.

Oso focuses primarily on IPAs in a wide variety of styles. Their offer is mainly characterized by New England IPAs, Double IPAs and Pale Ales. In addition, Oso Brew has brewed Fruit Sours, Imperial Stouts or Porter.

With the bar La Osita, Oso Brew have created a THE place to go for Craft Beer in Madrid. In addition to the freshest and newest beers from Oso, the menu is rounded out by other hip Spanish and international breweries. La Osita's cuisine is characterized by different gastronomic pop-ups
