Pawel, the brewer and co-founder of the brewery, learned his craft at the well-known craft brewery Pinta. During this time, a great many friendships and relationships were forged in the craft beer community, making Pawel a well-known figure in Poland's beer world. But not only that, he became one of the best brewers. And you can taste that in the beers of Moon Lark Brewery, which was founded in 2022 with a friend. The beers are incredibly harmonious and perfectly balanced, plus a touch of intensity when it counts. It's just a lot of fun. Besides beers, Moon Lark also produces Hard Seltzer and Mead.
