Lost Horizon Farm
Brewing project by Simon and Nienke from Buddelship Brewery.
For some time now, Nienke and Simon have been living on an old farm in the middle of nowhere in Lower Saxony. Lots of space, lots of land and lots of ideas. In addition to Nienke's distillates, they now also produce special beers on site, which are either stored in specific barrels or matured on fruit. Or both. Or something completely different. The two don't let anything be dictated to them and want to grow and use as many resources themselves as possible. That's why they also plant their own fruit trees.
