Many years ago, Hamburg was a true beer city with an indescribable number of breweries. Not many of them are left; many have had to close their doors. One of them is Bill Bräu. Now, however, this old Hamburg brewery is being revitalised. Albeit with a slightly different name and concept. Bill Brew has been Hamburg's youngest brewery since the end of 2023. And its focus is on brewing Franconian speciality beers and lagers. Because these beers are particularly enjoyable. The three founders definitely have the expertise in-house. And if it is not possible to brew in Hamburg, the beers are simply brewed at the original location in Franconia using the Lohnbräu process. Either way, the beers are absolutely delicious.
