Baladin - Italian Craft Beer
Uniquely designed label, craft beer brewed with the best ingredients. The beer specialties from Birra Baladin have long stood for the best craft beer from Italy. Whether quaffable or very intense, whether with fruit or barrel-aged: the brewery from Piedmont has a versatile range, which you can discover at Beyond Beer.
In 1986, the pub Le Baladin opened in the Italian town of Piozzo. Initially, it served mainly traditional Belgian beers, but also other international varieties - more than 200 in all. In 1996, Le Baladin became a brewpub. This also gives the brewery its name. The first beers are inspired by Belgian styles. Over 35 years later, Baladin has become an internationally known and globally appreciated brewery. It now operates more than 15 pubs and breweries.
Craft Beer from Baladin
Today, Baladin's beers are still inspired primarily by Belgian styles. But the Italian brewery also brews styles such as IPA, Pale Ale and Fruit Beer.
A special flagship are the barrel-aged Barley Wine. The individual vintages are characterized by quite complex nuances and taste patterns. These beers are accordingly rare and only available in very limited quantities. On rating platforms, however, they are repeatedly awarded top marks!
The beer specialties of Birra Baladin are brewed with the best ingredients. A large part is even grown by the brewery itself! The remaining ingredients come from regional Italian agriculture. In addition to ecological sustainability, Baladin founder Teo Musso is also committed to social justice, cultural diversity and beer culture.
